Scholarships

Scholarships are for people who have experienced homelessness, would like to attend the conference, and financially are unable to do so. Scholarships cover conference registration, meals, and lodging. Scholarships do not cover transportation to and from Duluth or costs for anyone other than the scholarship applicant. Lodging will be provided for the night of Monday, September 18th, and may be available upon request for Sunday, September 17th if a scholarship recipient is traveling over 150 miles.

Apply for a 2023 conference scholarship here.

We have a limited number of scholarships available, and the number can depend on a few factors (such as if you are attending the full conference, sharing a room, etc.). Completing this application does not guarantee that you will receive a scholarship. Applications are due by 11:59pm on Sunday, August 13, 2023, and applicants will be notified with a decision by the end of the day on Friday, August 18th, 2023.

Information provided in this application will be kept confidential amongst MCH staff.

There will be two time options for a Scholarship Orientation on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 at 10am or 3pm. We will cover information such as lodging, getting to and from the DECC, meals, and an overview of what to expect at the conference. This will be done over Zoom, and joining information will be sent closer to the date. Apply for a 2023 conference scholarship here.
